付款
Payment in full is due no later than 10 business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Payment shall be in the form of: U.S. Currency - Cashier's check, Certified Check, or Money Order. Checks shall be made payable to: City of Lebanon Ohio. Please contact Scott Brunka, Deputy City Manager, at (513) 228-3103 or email at sbrunka@lebanonohio.gov for payment and receipts.

Bidder forfeits sale of merchandise if payment is not received at the close of 10 business days from the date of the bid closing. All items must be removed within 15 business days from the time and date of the issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the City of Lebanon assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal Holidays.
