White, touchless polished chrome .polished chrome Verge Metro series touchless faucets, sink strainer, tail pieces, drain parts, under counter 1 piece skirt. 83 3/8" inches wide x 20 5/8" deep. This is a NEW IN BOX item that was manufactured January of 2025 and never installed. These lavatory systems retail for more then $8000 and can be found on the Bradley website.

Item must be picked up as we do not ship or package for shipping. Loading assistance is not provided and a truck or trailer will be required.

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX

Retirada

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Hunterdon County Vocational School District, NJ makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
