The New Jersey Transit Corporation (NJ TRANSIT) is soliciting offers to purchase Seven (07) 2015-2016 Ford E-450 paratransit vehicles (buses 5208, 5218, 5229, 5240, 5253, 5254, 5293). All vehicles are located at 276 Prospect Ave, Bayonne, NJ 07002
These vehicle capacities are listed below, 5.4L gasoline engine, and equipped with Braun Millennium 2 automatic bus wheelchair lifts. Vehicles were towed to the lot and the condition is listed below. These vehicles have reached the end of their useful life and are being retired from service. Towing will be required to remove them from the property.
The Seven (07) vehicles will be sold in “as is” “where is” condition and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Solicitation. If a third party is picking up material, we are not responsible for lost material.
***Due to liability issues, the bid winner will be REQUIRED to TOW/FLATBED the vehicles from the lot. No prep-work, mechanical or otherwise, except for tow purposes, will be allowed****

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
