THE BUYER WILL MAKE ALL ARRANGEMENTS AND PERFORM ALL WORK NECESSARY, INCLUDING PACKING, LOADING AND TRANSPORTATION OF THE PROPERTY. NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED.
