If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.
3. Depending on your history with GovDeals, you may be limited to the number of auctions/transactions that you can participate in simultaneously AND/OR the dollar amount that you can pay via credit card, debit card or PayPal. For additional insight, please visit the Probation FAQ.
SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.

Our load out times are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm EST, by appointment ONLY, by emailing auctions@utk.edu with the day and time you would like to pickup. **Except for University closings and Holidays.

Items must be picked up in 5 business days from time auction ends, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Entire lot must be taken at time of pickup. You are bidding on the entire lot, you must take the entire lot. You will be blocked from bidding if you do not pickup everything.
Arrangements can be made through the local UPS Store. However, you must fill out a Authorization of Release Form prior to us releasing items to a third party. If this form is not filled out, we will NOT release your items to a third party.
All merchandise must be removed within 5 business days from close of auction(1 week) or auction will be defaulted.
***PALLET(S) ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ANY SALES***

All auctions are sold "where-is-as-is" with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied, some items may be missing parts or pieces. Payment & pick-up is due no later than 5 days after auction closes. Winning bidder is responsible for all cost associated with removal. The University will not pack or ship any item and reserves the right to reject any and all bids. We also reserve the right to remove any item from auction at any time, for university purposes. PALLETS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH ANY LOT.
