• All persons shall have a valid government issued photo ID
• No pets are permitted on site
• No drugs or alcohol are permitted on site
• No firearms, explosives or weapons are permitted on site
• No work is permitted on site in regards to disassembly, adjustments or repairs to the purchased asset
Load Securement
• All goods must be secured in compliance with the Ontario Highway Traffic Act and the National Safety Code

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s). Attention Bidders:
ALL assets are for pick up only - No shipping/freight assistance will be provided.
ALL pickups will be scheduled Monday to Friday during business hours. No weekend pickups are available.
The seller:
will not be held responsible for any damage to any items during removal.
will not be held responsible for any personal injury that occurs during, or as a result of the removal.
will not be responsible for damage to its property that occurs during the removal.
will not provide any labour assistance with removal.
will not sign any document for shipping.
will not recommend any shippers, freight forwarders, couriers or delivery services.
will not be responsible for any shipping, packaging, delivery, duties, import fees, taxes or any other charges.
will not supply any asset information required for customs.
will not be responsible for preparing any documentation foreign or domestic.
Please note Canadian Nuclear Laboratories is not responsible or required to help with loading your purchases. Please ensure you bring adequate help and equipment to load your purchases, as well as, proper equipment to secure your load. For large assets we can provide forklift assistance, however, we are only able to load flatbed trailers, straight trucks or transports with a van style trailer; we cannot:
· Go over side rails
· Go up ramps
· Push an item in further and our forks do not extend
· Sling anything
Our staff has the right to refuse assistance if they are not comfortable with the circumstances.
