TAX CALCULATION: Sale Tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at the end of the auction.TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Liquidity Services Customer Service via the Liquidity Services Tax Exemption Submission Tool within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Property may be removed anytime within the five-day period allowed from Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 1:00 pm, *** BY APPOINTMENT ONLY *** CALL TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT *** NO EMAIL SCHEDULE ***. All items must be removed within FIVE (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Los Angeles Unified School District, CA makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
