Please be aware that this lot contains an assortment of “general merchandise.” that also may include various types of “general apparel” such as: clothing,
footwear and other miscellaneous accessories. Items for this lot are contained in a Gaylord Storage Box Dimensions of Width 39” X length of 46” and a depth of
35”. Winning Bidders must supply their own containers for transporting merchandise. Some boxes will vary in size from standard dimensions, please refer to yardstick in photos to determine actual size. Please note these are NOT official weights, estimates or authenticate.

Auctions will close on TUESDAY. Payment in full is due not later than six (6) full business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. must be made electronically via the payment methods are listed above.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Liquidity Services Customer Service via the Liquidity Services Tax Exemption Submission Tool within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. *** Property may be removed by appointment only and must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All requests & inquiries need to be emailed to asc@govdeals.com . GovDeals WILL NOT ACCEPT SAME DAY REMOVAL REQUESTS! The ASC staff will then correspond with bidder to confirm or deny(with explanation) any specific requests or inquiry.
*** REMOVAL DEADLINE: ALL AUCTIONS will close on a TUESDAY. Pickup appointments can then be scheduled for THURSDAY and FRIDAY of that same week and then on MONDAY, TUESDAY or WEDNESDAY(DEADLINE) of the following week. Picked Up times are from 7:30 am - 11:30 AM(EST). The ASC management "WILL CONSIDER" a bidder's request for the facility to "HOLD" their winning lots for a later pick up date; "HOWEVER" consideration will only be made once payment for "ALL" winning lots has been received from "BUYER" & then confirmed by the ASC staff. Also, all winning buyers need to be aware if the ASC staff confirms to "HOLD" their winning lots a daily storage fee of $10.00 will be applied and made retroactive on each winning lot if not removed after 30 days from "PAYMENT DEADLINE" date. Finally, if the winning bidder fails to remove their items from the ASC after 60 days; all items are considered "abandoned" and immediately become the property of GovDeals. Absolutely no refund will be implemented or considered. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Pick up time requests must be sent via email to (asc@govdeals.com) and then confirmed via email by the GovDeals ASC management team. Pick up times will be based on availability. Management will try to schedule pick up appointments as close to requested time as possible. In order to schedule for next day pick up; all requests must be received and then confirmed via email by 2:00 PM(EST).
Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time. If purchased asset are not removed at confirmed date and time; it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the GovDeals ASC management team via email (asc@govdeals.com) and reconfirm a new date and time.
• Buyer will provide GovDeals with the Buyers Certificate and a photo id when picking up merchandise.

There is no guarantee, expressed or implied, as to the Quality, operability, or repairability on any item to be sold. All Items are sold “AS IS”. Items are not mechanically checked or inspected prior to placement into the sale. While every effort has been made to dispose of brand-name counterfeits there is no claim to the authenticity or value of any item. If the successful buyer has reason to believe the item is counterfeit, he or she must notify someone at the facility prior to leaving the premises. The item in question will be immediately destroyed with no further investigation into the authenticity, and no adjustment will be made to the amount paid for the lot.
Please note: The GovDeals Atlanta Surplus Center does not permit the services of Conway-Freight at its facility as a shipping option. Conway-Freight trucks will no longer be allowed to dock at the Atlanta Surplus Center. If a winning bidder contracts with Con-way Freight, it will be that bidders responsibility to arrange another freight option. Should the winning bidder decline to change shipping options, the bidder will be refunded the purchase amount and will be locked from further activity with Atlanta Surplus Center.
