Please understand that our pickup hours are strictly enforced. They are 7:30 am to 3:00 pm EST (M-F). No evenings, weekends or holidays.

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. After this period, the buyer loses the right to the item, the buyer will be blocked from future purchases and the item will be reposted.
Campus services are closed after 3pm ET on weekdays. Plus all weekends and major holidays. Pickup must be arranged during normal operating hours.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
