Payment

Removal

***SELLER TO PREPARE DEED DIRECTLY*** The winning bidder is required to provide the buyer's name and address to the seller via email on the same day the auction ends. This information is necessary for the seller to email the deed paperwork along with payment instructions. The seller will use this information to prepare the deed paperwork and send it for e-signature to the buyer, along with payment instructions. Upon receipt of the payment and signed papers, within 24 hours, the seller will submit the quitclaim deed to the county to be recorded and send copies to the buyer.
