*Property may be removed by appointment request only and must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
*All requests & inquiries need to be emailed between business hours 7:00 AM EST - 5:00 PM EST MONDAY thru FRIDAY

*GovDeals WILL NOT ACCEPT SAME DAY REMOVAL REQUESTS! The ASC staff will then correspond with bidder to confirm or deny(with explanation) during business hours for any specific requests or inquiry.
*REMOVAL APPOINTMENTS: ALL AUCTIONS will close on a TUESDAY.
*ALL ASSETS must be paid for before requesting a removal appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS!
*Removal appointments can then be scheduled for WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY and FRIDAY of that same week and then on MONDAY, TUESDAY or WEDNESDAY(DEADLINE) of the following week.
*Removal Appointment times are from 7:30 am - 11:30 AM ET.
*Removal appointment time requests must be sent via email at
asc@govdeals.com and then confirmed via email by the GovDeals ASC management team. Removal appointment times will be based on availability.
*BE AWARE . . .Any bidder that shows up without a confirmed appointment "CAN BE DENIED" pickup for that day. Management will try to schedule removal appointment appointments as close to requested time as possible. ALL CONFIRMED APPOINTMENTS IS AN "APPROXIMATE" TIME.
*In order to schedule for next day removal; all requests must be received and then confirmed via email by 2:00 PM ET.
*Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled removal appointment time.
*If purchased asset are not removed at confirmed date and time; it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the GovDeals ASC management team via email at
asc@govdeals.com and reconfirm a new date and time.
*Buyer will provide GovDeals with the Buyers Certificate and a photo id when picking up merchandise.
*Buyer must provide their own containers for transport. Boxes, Gaylord Boxes, Totes, Containers, and Pallets must remain with GovDeals.
*The ASC management will consider a bidder's request for the facility to hold their winning lots for a later pick up date; however, consideration will only be made once payment for all winning lots has been received and confirmed by the ASC staff.
*ALL winning buyers need to BE AWARE . . . if the ASC staff confirms to hold their winning lots, a "DAILY STORAGE FEE" of $50.00 will be applied and made retroactive on each winning lot if not removed after 30 days from the auction "END DATE". ALSO, if the winning bidder fails to remove their items from the ASC after 45 days from the auction "END DATE", all items are considered "abandoned" and immediately become the property of GovDeals. NO refunds will be implemented or considered!
