Payment

**Payment: There will be a 7.5% administrative fee or a $5.00 minumum added on to the total auction. This Fee ONLY will be paid directly to GD Via Their Payment Options.** CONTACT US BEFORE SENDING PAYMENT TO GET YOUR TOTAL. Payment in full is due within 5 business days from date of the Auction ends. THIS RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. IF A BIDDER HAS NOT PAID BY DAY 6 AFTER THE END OF THE AUCTION, THEY WILL BE RECOMMENDED TO GOVDEALS TO BE BLOCKED FROM FUTURE AUCTIONS. Acceptable forms of payment are: US Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds- mandatory). Please call for information regarding our policy on taking credit cards, Visa or Mastercard . Checks and Money Orders should be made payable to BMG INC for auction and shipping fees.

Removal

**Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from date the auction ends. ALL BIDDERS MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO PICK UP THEIR ITEMS.  IF THE BIDDER DOES NOT PICK UP THEIR ITEMS BY DAY 11 AFTER THE END OF AUCTION THEY WILL INCUR A $10.00 PER LOT, PER DAY FEE. IF THE BIDDER DOES NOT PICK UP AN AUCTION BY DAY 30 AFTER THE END OF THE AUCTION THEN THE BIDDER WILL BE RECOMMENDED TO GOVDEALS TO BE BLOCKED FROM BIDDING ON ANY FUTURE AUCTIONS. NO EXCEPTION. The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the the property. We do offer free forklift assistance and will also ship to you for an additional fee when you have won auction, please send us your address and we will be glad to give you a shipping quote after you have won auction . Property may ONLY be removed between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday excluding legal holidays.
