The description provided in this auction is based solely upon general observations. All sales are subject to all of the Terms and Conditions, under which are incorporated herein by reference, and such other special terms and conditions as may be contained in this offering.

Government
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to submitting bids. Failure to inspect property shall not constitute grounds for a claim or withdrawal of a bid after the close of the auction.

Items are usually available for inspection Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 2:00 PM EST.
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE-- To make online payment, Log into your Liquidity Services account and select “My Bids”. Please follow the instructions there.
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer’s Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to Bidder Services at tax@govdeals.com within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Bidders are encouraged to submit their Tax Exempt Documentation prior to the Auction’s close to expedite this process. Please contact Bidder Services for all tax exemption questions.
The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. All shippable items will be shipped UPS Ground using the Seller’s account information and at the Buyer’s expense (WE DO NOT ACCEPT PREPAID LABELS OF ANY SORT) (Use the provided UPS Shipping Calculator for an estimate) unless we receive notification of a request to pick up the property won.
Shipping costs will be added to the final sale price. Upon payment items will automatically be shipped to the address listed on your GovDeals account.
If you would like to pickup your item rather than have it shipped, please call the Pennsylvania Federal Surplus Property Program prior to making payment in order to avoid the shipping charge and also to schedule an appointment: (717) 525.5804 or email pAknight@pa.gov (preferred). Pickups are by appointment only.
Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them.
We do not ship to addresses outside of the United States.
The shipping charge will appear on the Buyer’s final invoice, and will be included in the total amount due in the Winning Bidder Notification. Full payment is due on, or before, the 5th business day from the last day of the auction.
If you choose to pick up all items must be removed within 10 calendar days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:30 AM through 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday, excluding legal holidays.
Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.
